Meet Biljana Naumovic

On today’s episode, meet Biljana Naumovic. Biljana is the President of U.S. Oncology, Solid Tumor at Johnson & Johnson, where she is spearheading innovative cancer treatments and advocating for equity in healthcare.  

She is committed to advancing the organization’s solid tumor portfolio and pipeline, spanning prostate, bladder, and lung cancer, as well as multiple novel treatment pathways. Biljana is passionately focused on bringing medical innovation and ultimately transforming patient care.

 Biljana is a physician by training and graduated in 2001 from the Belgrade University Medical School. She worked as a practicing physician for several years before transitioning to industry. She also holds an executive education degree from the London Business School.
